I'm looking to rent a private room in a space where my 2 indoor-only cats are allowed, with access to laundry, kitchen, internet, off-street parking, month-to-month rent. Looking for a friendly place, preferably around Fridley area.
I'm 41, no criminal history, peaceful, clean driving record, always insured, licensed to drive; low income, have had same part-time night-shift job for many years @ artist building, I sleep during the day; light smoker, non-drinker. I buy, fix & sell things. I work on vehicles. I always have a project vehicle I need space for. I stay busy. I help ppl with things. I exercise. I cook.
I clean every day, do dishes every day, keep litterboxes clean, vacuum/sweep/mop/scrub/laundry/etc; I clean floors, toilets, sinks, etc..any cat messes, etc. I never put food in garbage, & I never have flies in my space. Willing to do extra cleaning. Willing to do most things for pets/animals.
Willing to do or help with basic maintenance, yard maintenance, etc. I'm decent at fixing things in general. Job history mostly machine operation/fabrication, certificates/degree for motorsports & power equipment.
