I'm a 57yr old disabled non-smoker but independent male looking for an studio/efficiency or 1-bedroom apartment for occupancy 11/1/2026 or ASAP. You can also text me at show contact info

Would prefer to stay in the Eaton or Preble Co area area but not a must.
I'm also open to anyone, preferably male, looking for a roommate to share expenses. I'm GLBTQ+ friendly.
