I'm a very busy professional woman, non-smoking, clean, neat, quiet, respectful and considerate of others' space and privacy, and
need a reasonably priced room, share, or sublet in a house or apartment, drug- and drama-free, short-term for one to four months
from October 1 to February 1. It can be furnished or unfurnished, sunny would be nice, kitchen privileges would be nice but not
necessary, just need it to be close to my office and the gym, where I spend most of my time and are on East not far from Winton,
and to have good internet connection. I would not be bringing much with me and I don't have pets, but I love cats and most dogs.
