42 year old female looking for a room for rent. At the moment I only have $200 a month to pay and as soon as things look up will be willing to pay more. Need in this month. Please any help would be great. I dont use a lot of water and power and I keep to myself. It would be good for me to leave where I am. I want to stay in Rhode Island and I dont want relationships or situationships. I will help with light housework too. I keep things clean as I go.
Im also willing to be a live in babysitter/nanny and take room and board as payment. Thanks in advance.
