Looking for somewhere to live in or around Port Townsend WA.
He is a welder, will be gone most of the time working. I am a college student (online) with a part time job.
Need something that is inexpensive, not looking to spend more than 500 a month.
Sheds or tiny homes, boats, trailers, something small, humble, functional is ideal.
No pets, he does smoke cigarettes but is willing to do so outside.
Work trade would also be cool, I have experience with housekeeping and homesteading/ farming.
