We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Financial Professional to help individuals, families, and businesses pursue their financial goals. This role involves building client relationships, assessing financial needs, recommending appropriate financial strategies and products, and delivering ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, priorities, and concerns.
Develop and present financial strategies related to areas such as protection planning, retirement, savings, investments, and wealth-building.
Build and maintain a client base through referrals, networking, community outreach, and relationship development.
Explain financial concepts, products, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and follow all company, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing client support, reviews, and updates as financial circumstances or goals change.
Participate in training, coaching, professional development, and team meetings.
Obtain and maintain required licenses and registrations when applicable to the role.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and client service.
Ability to learn financial concepts and comply with industry regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Active life insurance license, or not!!!
