Pay
- Drivers are averaging $120,000 per year
- Guaranteed $2,000 per week when running loads for other dedicated customers
- Quarterly loyalty bonus starting at $0.01 per mile driven during the quarter and increases based on years of service with company
- Paid holidays included
- Guaranteed $1,575 per week when running out of the home terminal Smyrna TN
- 3 weeks out = 4 days home
- 4 weeks out = 5 days home
- 5+ weeks out = 7 days home
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- With the Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records

Schedule
Drivers will be out for 3–5 weeks at a time and must be flexible with scheduling, as trucks operate 24/7. Drivers may occasionally be assigned special projects for other customers, and a hotel stay will be provided for each driver for a 34-hour reset during their time out. Home time is based on time out:
Equipment
Drive an assigned late-model Freightliner Sleeper while hauling reefer and dry van trailers with lift gates.
