Circle Properties is a small business working on the growth and improvement of the Greater Nashville area. We manage multiple commercial and residential properties and are looking for a new friendly face to join our team! Our team is comprised of long-term employees who work together to take care of our tenants and improve our properties.
Skilled person to work Full Time, Monday through Friday, helping maintain multiple small properties within the Nashville/Davidson County area. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a good phone, tools, be able to pass a drug test, and respond to occasional after-hours emergency calls on a rotation. Previous experience in painting, plumbing, construction, woodwork, appliance repair, landscaping, or general repair is helpful. Time management and good communication skills are necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
Follow written and verbal instructions from the property manager
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment
Handle necessary repairs and maintenance
Maintain property grounds
Troubleshoot appliances
Landscaping
Report any issues to the property manager
Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner
Use equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electrical tools, and plumbing tools
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation/driver's license/phone
Able to handle the job's physical demands, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
Previous experience with general maintenance
Communicates effectively with tenants and management
