What You'll Do as a Registered Behavior Technician (Responsibilities):
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to clients, primarily children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and the entire team to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
Support clients in building crucial social, communication, and daily living skills.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment.

Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: RBT Certificate (Not 40 Hour Training) (Required)
