We are a local, family-owned painting company based in Collier County, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing crew. We primarily service high-end residential projects throughout Collier and Lee County (Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers).
What We Are Looking For:
* We need team members who take pride in the "finish" and understand that a great paint job is 90% preparation.
* Prep Experts: Skilled in masking, sanding, and protecting high-end job sites.
* Sprayer Operators: Proficient with airless and/or HVLP sprayers.
* Fine Finish Skills: Experience spraying cabinet doors, interior doors, and intricate trim/crown molding.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean workspace and follow specific intake/prep protocols.
