Marcel E. Moussalli immigrated to the United States, became a citizen, and crafted highly detailed, hand-painted porcelain nature sculptures. His career and studio production ended tragically due to an accidental death in 1981, making his limited-edition pieces increasingly rare vintage finds.

This piece features a realistic blue bird perched on an apple tree on a custom wooden display base and signed by the artist.

Authentication: Genuine pieces feature a signature (often M.E. Moussalli or Marcel Moussalli) inscribed on the porcelain edge or base, and many are numbered as part of a limited run.
