Established and growing Southwest Florida landscape company is expanding our Naples division and hiring experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders, Assistant Crew Leaders, and Laborers.
We are looking for dependable people with previous professional landscape maintenance experience who want steady, full-time, year-round work.
Work includes:
- Mowing
- Edging
- String trimming
- Blowing and cleanup
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Detail pruning
- Weed removal
- Bed cleanup
- Palm and landscape cleanup
- General property maintenance
- Maintaining residential, HOA, and commercial properties
Landscape installation experience such as plant installation, sod, mulch, and rock is a plus, but our primary need is experienced landscape maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- Previous professional landscape maintenance experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be reliable and show up every day
- Must be able to work outside in the Florida heat
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
- Must be able to work efficiently and maintain quality throughout the day
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a crew
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license preferred
Crew Leader Candidates:
- Previous experience leading a professional landscape maintenance crew required
- Must understand mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and proper property detailing
- Must be able to organize and manage a crew efficiently
- Must maintain quality standards throughout the route
- Must be responsible for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment
- Must communicate professionally with supervisors and management
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with commercial properties and HOAs is a strong plus
Position:
* Full-time
* Monday through Friday

* Work primarily in Naples / Collier County
Pay:
Laborers: $18–$22/hour
Crew Leaders: $22–$27/hour
