Rocky Rhino is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor / Insulation Helper to join our growing team.
No insulation experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, comfortable with physical work, and interested in learning a skilled trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist experienced insulation technicians
Load and unload materials and equipment
Jobsite setup and cleanup
Move insulation and construction materials
Assist on residential and commercial projects
Work in attics and tight spaces
Work from ladders when necessary
Use basic tools and equipment after training
Travel with the crew to jobs throughout Southwest Florida and occasionally farther away
We’re looking for someone who:
Shows up on time and is dependable
Is comfortable working in Florida heat
Can work in attics and tight spaces
Is comfortable with ladders
Can handle physical construction work
Works well with a crew
Is willing to learn
Has reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location
Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required.
There is room to grow from Helper → Insulation Technician → Crew Lead for someone who learns the trade and performs well.
