I’m looking for 2 reliable general laborers with residential construction experience to help on a custom home build while I’m laid up with an injury. This is hands-on work on an active jobsite in the Naples / Bonners Ferry area.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay based on experience, starting at $18/hr depending on skill level/experience
Full-time days, typically Monday–Friday
At least 2 months of solid work available, with potential to extend based on performance
Primary Tasks:
Siding: assisting with install, cutting, and handling materials
Drywall: hanging, basic finishing, cleanup
Flooring: prep, handling and installing materials
General site labor: material moving, jobsite cleanup, and odd tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous construction experience (residential preferred)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Show up on time, sober, and ready to work
Reliable transportation to jobsite near Naples, ID
Basic hand tool knowledge (tape, level, drill, etc.). Power tools supplied, but you can bring your own.
