I am a Florida Certified General Contractor and work with qualified investors, builders, flippers, remodelers, and owners who need a licensed GC to take responsibility for the project from permit issuance through inspections to final approval/CO.
This is not a permit runner service.
This is not a cheap permit signature.
Traditional full-service GCs may charge a high percentage because they handle the entire construction process: their own trades, purchasing, scheduling, daily supervision, and complete project management.
My structure is different.
If you already have trusted trades/subcontractors and want to stay actively involved in the project, I may be able to work under a lower, project-based GC fee.
My role may include:
• Reviewing the permit package
• Acting as licensed General Contractor for the project
• City / county coordination
• HOA / condo compliance support
• Inspection coordination
• Construction compliance oversight
• Permit close-out
• Final approval / CO
