Job Title: Experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Driver 2 Shifts Available
Location: Collier County
Pay: Commission-based (W-2 employment, paid weekly via direct deposit)
Schedule 1: Saturday thru Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Last dispatch accepted at 7:00 PM; occasional later completion needed, no overnight shifts) Must live in the Naples area and able to park truck at home
Schedule 2: Monday thru Saturday 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM, occasional later completion needed. Would pick up truck at start of shift and drop off at end of shift. Must stay in the truck in Naples area

About the Position
We are an established towing company in Collier County servicing major motor clubs, including GEICO, AAA, NSD, Swoop, and more. We are looking for 2 highly motivated, experienced flatbed tow truck driver** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be clean-cut, reliable, trustworthy, customer-focused, and willing to put in the hard work required to keep our operation running smoothly. You must be able to take the truck home with you at the end of your shift.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience operating a flatbed tow truck and towing passenger vehicles.
Equipment Knowledge: Proficient with specialized equipment, including skates and GoJaks. Knowledge of Towbook software is preferred.
Age & Residency: Must be at least 35 years old and reside in Naples or Bonita Springs with space to park the truck at home.
Driving & Background Record: Must have a clean driver's license (no points or accidents) and successfully pass a background check.
Availability: Must be dependable for the full Friday–Tuesday schedule and open to working past 7:00 PM when needed to wrap up calls.
Professionalism: Must be a non-smoker, clean-cut, customer-oriented, and fluent in English.
