Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience required
Strong grill, sauté, and/or fry station skills
Able to handle a busy lunch and dinner service
Good knife and food-prep skills
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation
Dependable, punctual, and own transportation
Able to work well as part of a team
Days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
