Pit Guys installs high-end epoxy and polyaspartic garage floors and garage remodels across Naples and Southwest Florida. Homeowners love the finished product, and we need more people to put it in front of them.
We're looking for self-motivated sales reps who like talking to homeowners and want to get paid well for every job they close. Set your own hours, work your own network, and earn on every floor you sell.
What You'll Do
• Find homeowners who want a better garage: neighbors, HOAs, your network, door-to-door, local events
• Measure the garage, show samples, and quote from our simple price sheet
• Hand off signed customers to our install crew. We handle the work.
• Log your leads in our tracker so you always get credit
Who We Want
• Experience in home services sales (solar, roofing, pest control, windows, cabinets, real estate) is a big plus
• Comfortable talking to homeowners and handling price questions
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone
• Lives in or near Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, or Marco Island
• Part-time and side-gig sellers welcome
