We are looking to hire another full time route employee for Naples, Florida. We would offer $20 per hour starting with no experience. We would train and after 3-6 months $25. After 2 years pay would be at $28 . Experienced guys with at least 1-2 years experience would start at $25-28 and do a one month retraining ride along to learn our process. Highly experienced individuals would have their pay matched if they want to work with us. We are a young, growing company at 9 years but have a long family history in Naples of over 75 years. This is a physical, outdoor job that is a great way to stay in shape and make a living doing so! We have multiple high end commercial pools and commercial fountains with over 50 high end residential pools. Driving experience with a small trailer is a plus.
