Personal Assistant — Private & Confidential
Hi! My name is Lisa, and I held this position for the last few years. Unfortunately, I recently had to move back up North to help care for my parents, so I’m looking for someone who might be a great fit to take over.
This is a private, confidential personal assistant position with a relaxed and unconventional environment. The ideal candidate is open-minded, comfortable with themselves, easygoing, and has a fun personality.
What You'll Do
The goal is simple: help give him a little escape from the everyday grind of work and life.
Your responsibilities may include things like:
Being available mostly during the daytime for short meetings or meetups.
Helping with everyday tasks and errands.
Ordering clothes or other items for an upcoming weekend event.
Setting up apps or helping organize things on his phone.
Searching Facebook Marketplace or other sites for parts related to his hobbies.
Taking care of the little things that can become a hassle during a busy day.
Most importantly, being someone who can make his day a little easier and more enjoyable.
What We're Looking For
You should be:
Open-minded and comfortable with yourself.
Fun, personable, and easy to get along with.
Reliable and able to communicate.
Drama-free.
Drug-free.
Respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
Comfortable with a flexible, informal arrangement.
Age, race, education, body type, and background aren't important. Personality, attitude, confidence, free spirit, and having a fun style are what matter.
The Perks
The arrangement is straightforward. Things such as phone bills, app charges, gas, and other everyday expenses can be covered, and Venmo makes it easy to handle many of the smaller things that come up.
This is intended to be a mutually comfortable, respectful, and private arrangement where you help take some of the load off his shoulders — even if it's simply giving him a better lunch break and a chance to step away from work for a while.
