Nightly Cleaning Company + Towel Laundry Service Needed – $240/Week
Pay: $40/day | 6 Days/Week | $12,480/Year
We are looking for a reliable, professional cleaning company or independent cleaning service to provide nightly cleaning and towel laundry service for our business.
This is a consistent, long-term opportunity with guaranteed recurring work, 6 nights per week.
Job Responsibilities
Nightly Cleaning (Approximately 1 Hour):
- Vacuum all designated areas
- Mop floors
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Empty trash cans and take out garbage
- Ensure the facility is clean, sanitary, and ready for the next business day
Towel Laundry Service:
- Collect used towels
- Wash, dry, and fold towels
- Return clean, folded towels to the facility
- All washing and drying costs are the responsibility of the cleaning provider (including detergent, utilities, and laundry equipment)
Compensation & Schedule
- $40 per day
- 6 days per week
- $240 per week
- $1,040 per month (average)
- $12,480 per year
- Approximately 1 hour of on-site cleaning per night, plus towel laundry service
- Consistent, year-round work
The $40 daily rate includes both nightly cleaning and the complete towel laundry service. Laundry-related expenses must be covered by the cleaning provider.
Requirements
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to commit to a consistent 6-night-per-week schedule
- Access to laundry equipment for washing and drying towels
- Ability to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning
- Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
