We’re building yurts and custom structures on a private 100+ acre off-grid island. This is the first phase of a long-term development project, aiming to build something akin to a “Necker North” on the West Coast, with plans for a future retreat-style environment focused on nature, high-quality living, and wellness-oriented programs.

The Role
You’ll support carpenters, move materials, and keep the site running. It’s physical, hands-on work in a remote setting. You’re expected to contribute consistently and maintain a high standard.
The Setup
Boat access only (30 min from French Creek Harbour)
5 days on / 2 days off
Barge on-site
Fully off-grid environment
Private room provided
You bring and prepare your own food
Pay
$30–$35/hour
