We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, self-motivated individual to assist with residential remodeling and property improvement projects.
Job Responsibilities
Painting and staining wood surfaces
Yard work and landscaping
Construction cleaning and debris removal
General assistance with remodeling projects
Painting experience required
Must know how to safely operate basic hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment, lift up to 60 pounds, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, follow directions and complete assigned tasks, take initiative and finish tasks without constant supervision, be willing to ask questions when clarification is needed, be dependable, punctual, and hardworking, reliable transportation, drug-free, background check required, previous remodeling and landscaping experience and good common sense are a plus
