We’re looking for someone who wants to work 3 days per week in exchange for a free place to stay and food. We are looking for a “mommy’s helper”, mostly helping with children (not being left alone with them). We have a 2, 3, 5, and 6 year old and a 7 month old. We live at 4,000 ft. elevation, off-grid in ocean view where it’s cool and quiet. We are in a 2,000 sf home on catchment water, have a composting toilet, and run off of solar and a generator when it's cloudy or when we need to use the clothes dryer. You will have a home separate from our family but shared with another "mommy's helper" with a courtyard and parking. His name is John, he's 63 years old, marathon runner, computer and horse need from Michigan and he's super nice. Your shared home includes a shower, toilet, kitchenette area with a hotplate, a fridge, a sitting room with recliners and a great view of South Point, and your own bedroom with a dresser and a pole to hang clothes from. Everything is furnished including a full size bed, dresser, chairs, pans, pots, dishes, and silverware. You can use the laundry in our home once a week. There's plenty of solar power for cell phone and computer charging and lights.
