📍 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 — Near Swing Bridge, off Forestbrook/Dick Pond Road.
🕛 START DATES & TIMES:
✅ Tuesday, November 3, at 12:00 NOON SHARP
✅ Wednesday, November 4, or ANY DAY THEREAFTER, between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.

🪨🛠️ THE JOB:
Pressure-wash and install landscaping rock in approximately 800 square feet of yard beds, followed by routine cleanup. Rock must be washed before installation.
🛠️ EQUIPMENT & EXPERIENCE:
✅ Please bring a wheelbarrow and flat-edge shovel if possible. One of each may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
✅ An electric pressure washer will be provided. Previous hands-on experience operating one safely is required.
🌧️👢 WHAT TO BRING:
✅ Work gloves, rain gear, and waterproof boots.
✅ A COMPLETE SECOND SET OF DRY CLOTHING, including a shirt, pants, underwear, socks, and a second pair of shoes. Please be prepared to get thoroughly wet!
⏰📱 MORNING CONFIRMATION & PARKING:
✅ On Tuesday, November 3: Text by 10:00 a.m. to confirm you are coming and provide your ETA for the 12:00 noon start.
✅ On Wednesday, November 4, and all subsequent workdays: Text by 10:00 a.m. to confirm you are coming and provide your ETA for arrival between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
✅ Do not park until you receive my instructions. Parking will be coordinated around the landscaping rock delivery and applicable neighborhood requirements.
💵 PAYMENT: ONE FLAT FEE — NOT HOURLY!
This is approximately a half-day job.

✅ UPON ARRIVAL: You must present your original driver’s license and provide a complete, unobstructed copy for my records before beginning work.
✅ LIABILITY RELEASE: Before beginning work, you must review and sign a release of liability addressing potential injuries or accidents on the property and claims involving the property owner or HOA.
Identification is requested only to verify who will be entering the property, address liability considerations, and help ensure compliance with applicable HOA requirements. No background or personal-history information is being requested.
