A room for rent just 30 yards from the waterway, in a quiet community with no HOA. It needs to be okay with cats. The community has a boat ramp and a playground. A hardworking married couple in their middle years wants to rent a room. Right now the room has a twin bed and an entertainment center, in case they're needed. I'm a retired federal police officer, so I don't use drugs or anything like that. You'll need to show proof of income. Internet and all utilities come with it. A $200 security deposit is required. This is an old house built in 1981 that hasn't been changed since, haha. Still, it's very calm and peaceful back here by the river, with plenty of shade and huge pine trees.
