The owner refers to this room as his "nothing special" room for rent. It is sparsley furnished with a single bed, dresser, and table lamp. The room has a large closet and a single window. A full bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and is virtually unused by anyone other than yourself. A washer and dryer is in the unit for your use. You have use of the kitchen. Owner doesn't allow smoking of any kind in the unit but you are welcome to sit out on the balcony and smoke all you like, anything you like. There is abundant parking for a regular sized vehicle but regrettably motorcycles/mopeds are not permitted by the HOA.
