Seeking a reliable, locally owned snow removal company to service a commercial property in Norton Shores for the 2026–2027 winter season.
This opportunity is ideal for an owner-operator or small company looking to add another commercial account to an existing route.
Scope includes:
• Plowing parking lots, drive lanes, loading docks, and overflow parking.
• Clearing entrance sidewalks.
• Salting parking lots and sidewalks as needed.
Season runs November 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027, with a 2-inch snowfall trigger.
Must have your own equipment, commercial snow removal experience, proof of insurance, and reliable coverage throughout the season.
