Putting our classic 1968 Bristol 39 up for sale, currently sitting in Muskegon.
If you know these boats, you know they are heavy-layup, classic blue-water hulls that eat up Lake Michigan chop and offer an incredibly smooth, sea-kindly ride. She is an absolute tank with timeless lines, making her a solid, budget-friendly blank canvas for anyone looking for a Great Lakes cruiser or liveaboard refit project.
Current Project Status:
V-Berth / Bow: V-berth is opened up to clean glass. We cut out the old, delaminated fiberglass tank to shed deadweight up front.
Core Work: Bow has been recored and structurally addressed.
Steering & Hull: We are halfway through pulling the rudder, so the rudder trunk and post are wide open and easily accessible for inspection or service.
