Two pet free musicians / artists looking for a live / work opportunity anywhere between Seattle and Portland. We are hoping to find somewhere to setup a modest recording studio / workshop for my equipment repair business. Ideally looking for an older building, with opportunity for tenant improvements / build to suit status, we would like to keep rent around the $2000 mark, but would be willing and able to pay more for the right space.
