One person (preferably no-drama female), no other pets. 420-friendly but no other drugs or daily drinking.
* Private, furnished, vaulted loft bedroom (closed off from the remainder of the house), plus your own deck. Sheets and Comforter (gray or white) available.
* There is a half bath at the bottom of the stairs, and a brand new tiled shower in the second bath.
* Central heat/air, internet, and utilities included.
* Gourmet kitchen-all the appliances you need.
* Shared living room with wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player, space for house plants.
* The library has a Piano and shelves of books on topics on organics, herbs, and medicinals.
* An acre pasture and 'lean-to' could also be available.
* I supply all 'organic septic safe' products (soaps, all paper products, cleaning supplies) saving you $$.
$900 Month to Month (to start) with a month deposit. ($1800 move-in.) Lease available after the initial month if we're all happy.
I also pay my helpers for reduced rent. Gardening, harvesting, lawncare riding mower, weeding, light household tidy-ups, gathering eggs occasionally, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a cool staircase, but it's tricky and requires a small and agile person.
