You'll have your own private bedroom AND private bathroom, and the rest of the apartment will already be furnished. Rent is $845/month (plus utilities/electric) for one person. I'm also open to a couple sharing the room if we're all a good fit—in that case, rent would be approximately $563 per person/month. Another bonus - the apartment is already paid up for the rest of October so you wouldn’t be paying rent until November 1st!
I also pay for Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, which you're welcome to use in the living room. The apartment has in-unit laundry and your bedroom gets lots of natural light. Additionally, the complex has a gym & a pool.
A little about me: I'm 33, work, and am currently pursuing my MBA. I'm usually pretty busy between work, school, working out, running errands, and hanging out with my dog and cat. I like having a comfortable, relaxed home and am looking for someone who wants the same.
Ideally, I'm looking for a roommate—or couple—who is employed, non-smoking, LGBTQIA+ friendly, doesn't have additional pets (I already have two!), and is generally respectful and easy to live with.
