Something exciting is coming to Downtown Murfreesboro!
We're opening a brand-new Asian-inspired restaurant and bar right on the historic Square, bringing together bold Asian flavors, American favorites, and a fresh dining experience.
We're looking for experienced, dependable, and passionate Line Cooks who take pride in their food and want to be part of building something great from the very beginning!
👨🍳 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
✅ Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to established recipes.
✅ Work confidently with commercial fryers, griddles, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment.
✅ Maintain excellent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
✅ Complete food prep, organize your station, and keep service running smoothly.
✅ Follow proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety standards.
✅ Work closely with the Kitchen Lead and other team members during busy service.
✅ Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
⭐ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Previous commercial kitchen experience preferred.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
✔ Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail.
✔ Dependable, punctual, and organized.
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Willing to learn new recipes and Asian-inspired cooking techniques.
✔ Friday and Saturday evening availability strongly preferred!
We're looking for someone who already knows their way around a commercial kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food.
