I can no longer use this equipment due to some nagging injuries etc. There is a heavy duty Olympic bench press, seated Preacher curl bench, a dip/leg lift rack that can mounted to a wall, dumbbell rack with 6 pairs of dumbbells from 20 lbs up to 50 lbs. Two 45 lb bench press straight bars, a French curling bar, a tree station to hold the Olympic plates. There are multiple 45 lbs plates, 35 lb plates, 25 lb plates and 10 lb and 5 lb plates. The total combined weight of all the plates is like 500 lbs. Most of the equipment is in very good shape. Some of the dumbbells could use a slight clean up with some rust remover and maybe repaint them flat black. I bought all this stuff like 24 years ago and spent well over 2,500 bucks on all this stuff. My asking price for all of it is a very low $200 bucks cash which is very fair and will give someone the ability to really work out at home.
