Are you an experienced outbound telemarketer who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections, and set quality appointments?
Polar Bear Exterior Solutions is looking for motivated, results-driven telemarketers to generate qualified in-home appointments for homeowners interested in roofing, window, and siding replacement projects.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential.
Commission Structure
Get paid for producing quality appointments.
$250 for every qualified appointment
$250 if the appointment turns into a sale
$500 instead of $250 if your appointment results in a completed sale over $30,000
No quotas. No income cap. The more qualified appointments you set, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-provided lead lists.
Build rapport and identify homeowners who may benefit from a free exterior evaluation.
Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Accurately document call outcomes.
Represent Polar Bear Exterior Solutions professionally on every call.
What We're Looking For
Previous outbound telemarketing or appointment-setting experience required.
Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Dependable internet connection and quiet work environment if working remotely.
Basic computer skills and ability to use a CRM.
Independent Contractor Status
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not an employee role.
As an independent contractor:
You choose your own work schedule.
You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
No employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, or workers' compensation are provided.
Compensation is commission-based and paid according to the Independent Contractor Agreement and commission policy.
