(M)Travelling professional looking for a temporary room (Perrysburg)

Looking to rent a room near the Perrysburg area for about 3 months starting in January.
Things I would prefer:
-Private bedroom with lock
-Washer/Dryer included
-Utilities included in rent
-Private bathroom preferred but not mandatory
-Free parking
I'll only be there about half the week and I tend to keep to myself.
