Pictures:
- Router cut 3D letters in 30# HDU foam for an outdoor sign repair.
- Many nested router cut parts. No idea what these were for but there's the CAM file.
- Router cut 1/4" baltic birch plywood for a new sign.
- Print jig made from 1/2" MDF. Early stage new product that needs to be UV printed. They put 105 small plastic parts in the jig and have graphics applied directly via UV printing. We created the jig, the art files for the UV printer and and 3d model for the part.
- Same, but at an angle. Beauty shot.
- 1/2" thick frosted acrylic, router cut into seahorse and salmon shapes.
- Bevel detail on router cut .080" aluminum sheet.
- PETG 3D printed part for robotic material handling machine. Avoided having to use aluminum for this part by beefing up the dimensions and using big fillets.
- Series of embroidery jigs custom made for a Tajima embroidery machine. Of course the product comes in three sizes so many jigs were necessary to cover all the variations in part width.
- Custom jig for UV printing small flat products. Jig includes mounting holes in the corners so it can be placed in exactly the same location between print jobs.
- 3/4" plywood router cut to make some kind of cockpit for a flight simulator.
- 3D engraving of a penny with updated verbiage in 1/4" expanded PVC foam.
- Safety signage in 1/8" 2 ply outdoor rated engraving plastic.
- More safety signage.
- CAD model showing how a precise conical shape was unrolled in order to create a flat pattern that can be router cut.
- The finished router cut part holding fixture that holds three of the cones to cast concrete products and be disassembled easily when cured.
