A fast-growing technology company is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Inventory Manager with Electro-Mechanical knowledge to join our team.

Position Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all company inventory of electronic, mechanical, and technical equipment, parts, tools, and supplies.
* Receive, inspect, identify, organize, and properly store incoming equipment and parts.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
* Prepare equipment and parts for customer installations, service calls, and shipments.
* Coordinate the movement of equipment between the warehouse, customers, vendors, and company locations.
* Assist with the assembly, disassembly, testing, preparation, and basic troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment.
* Work closely with the Service, Operations, and Sales departments to ensure equipment and parts are available when needed.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and work environment.
* Track inventory levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
* Assist with receiving and shipping activities, including loading and unloading equipment.
* Occasionally travel to customer locations or company facilities as required.
* Occasionally drive a rental box truck or other company/rental vehicle to transport equipment, parts, and supplies. Must be comfortable driving a larger vehicle and assisting with loading and unloading.
* Perform other technical, warehouse, and operational duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous work experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, equipment service, electronics, mechanics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
* Electro-mechanical knowledge and hands-on mechanical/electronic experience are highly desirable.
* Technical school, vocational training, college degree, or relevant industry certification is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and business-management software.
* Ability to read and understand technical documentation, equipment manuals, and parts information.
* Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use common hand and power tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
* Positive “I Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn.
* Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality work.
* Ability to safely lift, move, and handle equipment and parts.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
* Ability and willingness to occasionally drive a rental box truck or similar vehicle as part of the job.
* Ability to travel locally and occasionally outside the local area when required.
