I’m currently offering:
• Small structures
• Deck builds
• Platforms for tiny homes
• Small sheds and shelters
• Outdoor platforms and other small construction projects
I can come up with basic designs and material lists to help get your project planned out. Materials would need to be purchased and delivered to the job site by the customer.
I’ve been doing construction for about 4 years. Before that, I commercial fished in Alaska for 16 years, where I developed a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to get things done in challenging conditions.
My rate is $400 per day for South Kona, north of Hilo, and the Puna side of the island. If I have to travel farther, my rate is $500 per day.
I can get a lot accomplished in a day and take pride in doing quality work.
At this time, I’m offering small unpermitted structures up to 20’ × 20’.
