For sale is a 1998 Thomas Built school bus on a Ford B800 chassis, previously owned by Flippin School District in Arkansas. The bus starts, runs, and drives with no known issues and has approximately 83,275 miles showing on the odometer.
I’m a school bus driver and originally purchased this bus with plans to convert it into a camper. Due to financial reasons, I’ve decided not to move forward with the conversion and have decided to sell it.
The bus is powered by a 5.9L 12-valve Cummins diesel engine with an automatic transmission. It is equipped with air brakes, a rear wheelchair-access door, and a fully operational wheelchair lift that works without issues. The original passenger seats are still installed.
