We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service professional with experience in the food service industry. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is excited about sustainable food systems.
Important: This is a full-time, on-site position (remote work is not available). Early hours and schedule flexibility are required. Bilingual Spanish is required.
What You’ll Do
This is primarily a sales-driven role with a blend of customer service and administrative responsibilities:
Drive produce sales with existing food service accounts
Manage and grow customer relationships across multiple product categories
Enter and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
Provide administrative support and assist customer service operations as needed
Time Allocation (approximate):
40% Produce sales
40% Account management & general sales
20% Customer service & administrative support
What We’re Looking For
Experience in inside sales and/or customer service within the food service industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Self-motivated, quick learner, and solution-oriented
Passion for organic agriculture and sustainable food systems
A collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude

Competitive base salary + commission (based on experience)

Up to 3 weeks of paid personal time off starting in year two
