Dirt Road LLC is hiring a dependable General Construction Laborer to assist with excavation, sitework, utilities, and general construction projects.
Responsibilities:
* Assist equipment operators and pipe crews
* Perform digging, grading, backfilling, and jobsite cleanup
* Install pipe, drainage systems, and underground utilities
* Use hand and power tools safely
* Load, unload, and organize materials
* Set up erosion-control and traffic-control devices
* Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
* Follow instructions and maintain a safe work area
* Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Construction experience is preferred but not required
* Must be dependable and arrive on time
* Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
* Must be able to lift approximately 50–75 pounds
* Must have reliable transportation
* Valid driver’s license is preferred
* Experience with excavation, utilities, pipe installation, or heavy equipment is a plus
* Must be willing to work in different weather conditions
Schedule:
* Full-time
* Monday through Friday
* Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available
* Work locations vary by project throughout the area
Pay:
$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
