Is it true most people can do their own insulation work, yes this is very true as far as do it yourself but be careful who you hire. There are so many folks out there that get into this business because they think everyone can do it which is true to an extent. But someone who just jumps into it because they think anyone can do is not going to take the care and attention to detail then someone whose been doing this for well over decade. Many on our crew have insulated everything from a shed to a house to a school all the way up to the skyscrapers in Seattle. In other words we are well rounded in this industry and there is nothing we can't handle.

We do all crawls space and attic tear-outs, whether is pest, mold, water or fire damage we handle it all. We have large industrial vacuums and can suck out attics very efficiently. Most attic and crawl restorations can be handled in one day depending on the size. That is tear-out, seal and points of entry pest can get in and re insulate up to code. ATTICS
*Installation of attic rulers in accessible attic to help measure R-Value of insulation.
*Installation of attic Insulation such as batt and blown-in.
*Foam attic penetrations (lights, wall plates) to prevent air leaks.
*Installation of cardboard and foam baffles at attic eave vents.
*Installation of foam board at sloped ceilings, flat ceilings, decks, etc. . .
*Installation of WMPVR white over unfaced insulation for storage areas.
WALLS
*Installation of batt, blown-in and drill & fill at exterior walls, sky-lights, etc...
*Installation of foam board at exterior walls, window headers and rim joists.
*Installation of mineral wool (Roxul) at interior walls to muffle sound.
CRAWL SPACES

*Attach tying twine to under floor joists to secure Insulation in place.
*Wrap hot/cold water pipes in unheated areas with unfaced batts or foam pipe-wrap.
*Cover exposed ground in Under Floor with 6-mil Black polyethylene.
*Wrap heat ducts in crawl space with unfaced batts.
AIR SEAL/PREP
*Foam penetrations & exterior electrical boxes, caulk corners & plates.
*Installation of backerod or non-expanding foam around windows & doors.
