Growing millwork company seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry, millwork, and interior build-outs.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with project coordination from shop to field
Review drawings, measurements, and site conditions
Coordinate with installers, shop team, and clients
Track schedules, materials, and job progress
Ensure quality control and on-time completion
Requirements:
Experience in construction, millwork, or cabinetry preferred
Ability to read shop drawings and plans
Strong communication and organization skills
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
