I’m looking for someone dependable who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with a small local company.
You do not need to be an experienced painter. I’m more interested in finding someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.
What you’ll learn and help with:
• Interior & exterior painting
• Proper surface preparation
• Priming, caulking & coatings
• Pressure & soft washing
• Moss/algae treatment
• Wood preservation
• Property inspections & documentation
• Jobsite setup, protection & cleanup
• Professional equipment and application techniques
What I’m looking for:
• Reliable and on time
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Able to perform physical work throughout the day
• Respectful of customers and their property
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• No professional painting experience required
This is a W-2 employee position, not 1099 subcontract work.
There is room to earn more as your skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently increase.
