One Owner, purchased here new in excellent condition. This unit has all the right equipment and plenty of space for a couple who wants to go exploring in a nimble sized travel trailer with comfortable amenities. The Elongated L-Shaped Kitchen Countertop is awesome with ample workspace, a Three Burner Range Top w/ overhead hood fan and microwave in addition to Overhead Cabinets across the entire area.
The front of the trailer features a transverse residential size 60"x80" Queen Bed with Overhead Storage above with a Ward Closet adjacent to the Entry Door and below you get access to the exterior pass-thru door. The Off-Door Slide has space for a Full Sized Jack Knife Sofa in the center of the trailer with the 8-Cubic FT 12v Refer/Freezer adjacent to the bathroom door.
The bathroom has a Two Stacked Linnen Closets and a cubby below adjacent to the foot pedal flush toilet in addition to the garden tub shower with ABS Shower Surround and overhead skylight in addition to a single basin acrylic sink with hi-rise faucet and vanity below. Ample space with decent storage.
Other important features include the Roof Mounted 13,500 BTU AC Unit, the Roof Mounted 200-watt Solar Panel with 30-amp Contoller and a 60,000 BTU On Demand Hot Water Heater for continuous hot water. The 5.5 FT Off-Door Slide Out has an Auto Furling Awning Topper. The 12FT Door-side Retractable 12v Awning has slope adjustments on each end to direct water off the roof in the direction you choose. This unit although small has a door-side cubby behind the wheel with access to the interior as well. Other notable features include upgraded exterior speakers, a Winegaurd Air-360 Booster Antenna, 4-Scissor Jacks, Spare Tire, Gas Line Quick Connect and a Two-Step Mor-ryde Step Above retractable stairs and Lend-a-Hand Door Grip that folds into the trailer while in transit providing extra stability at your Campsite. This is not an Entry Level Trailer by any stretch of the imagination. The previous owner affixed additional towel racks in the bath and coat racks adjacent to the front Entry Door. Tastefully Done!
Dry Weight is approx 2,575 LBS w/ a GVWR of 3,500 that allows for 925 LBS of Cargo. This is a great way to get out there and enjoy RVing in an affordable range.
