Forever Tiny Homes builds single-level tiny homes in Cottonwood, California. Our layouts range from an open 24′ studio to a 40′ home with an optional second bedroom. Every model keeps the living space on one level—no loft required.

Inside, you’ll find a practical kitchen with quartz counters, soft-close cabinets, a single-basin sink, and a two-burner induction cooktop. The bathroom includes a 32″ × 32″ shower. Other features include Pergo Outlast flooring, finished drywall, fiber cement siding, a standing seam metal roof, and an RV-style electrical connection.

Forever Tiny Homes is an RVIA-certified manufacturer and licensed RV dealer. We complete the DMV registration paperwork in-house and include a one-year manufacturer warranty. Delivery can be quoted for your location.

Come see the homes at our Cottonwood facility. Tours are by appointment Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM; weekend and FaceTime or WhatsApp tours can also be arranged.
