Experienced Siding Touch-Up & Caulking Specialist — James Hardie / LP (Chicagoland Area)

We need someone who takes pride in the details and can leave a clean, professional finish.
Work includes:
• Clean, straight, consistent caulk lines around siding, trim, windows and doors
• Precise paint touch-ups that minimize visible spots and uneven sheen
• Repairs to James Hardie fiber-cement siding and LP engineered wood siding
• Replacing damaged siding or trim as needed
• Completing punch lists and cleaning up thoroughly afterward
You must have hands-on experience with these products and understand the appropriate repair materials, caulking locations and manufacturer touch-up instructions. Experience with smooth and factory-finished siding is especially helpful.
Must have your own tools, reliable transportation and good communication. Protecting the homeowner’s pavers, landscaping and surrounding surfaces is required.
