I am an experienced building contractor with a dependable crew of hardworking, skilled young men. We were extremely busy for several months this year, but our workload has slowed, and we are now looking for opportunities to contract or subcontract on upcoming projects.
In addition to providing a crew for construction and demolition work, I am available to provide superintendent and/or project management services. I can estimate jobs, help secure projects, oversee crews and subcontractors, and manage projects from start to finish.
Ideally, I am looking to establish a relationship with a contractor or subcontractor who has a substantial backlog of work extending well into next year. I am interested in a long-term working relationship rather than simply finding a single short-term job.
I want to keep my crew working because they are hardworking, productive men who can get a lot done. We also have tens of thousands of dollars' worth of professional demolition and construction tools and equipment, allowing us to take on a wide range of work without having to start from scratch.
I am financially positioned to be flexible regarding payment timing. I do not need an immediate paycheck and can comfortably wait several weeks or even months to be paid when working with the right contractor or partner.
