Hi, I'm Dan and I am searching for a maximum of 3 people who would be good trustworthy roommates to rent a house with me in the Mt.clemens area to split rent and utility costs. Monthly rent is $1,150 with a minimum of a year's stay and it's a 4 bedroom house with a shared bathroom. The man who owns the house requires background and credit checks and between me and whoever else moves in a fridge, stove, and a microwave would have to be supplied since those are not included in the house currently.
